Hey all, thanks for visiting and hopefully following my DDPYOGA challenge page. I have been doing DDPYOGA and living life at 90% for just over a year now. This page is to inspire others as well as myself, and to hold myself accountable on all levels as I strive to drop even more weight and size, and get to my goal of weighing 200 pounds. In the last year I start DDPYOGA weighing in at 519 pounds. 12 months in and I lost just over 173 pounds and still counting! Currently weighing in at around 345ish pounds. Updates will come as often as I can put them up! Aiming for once a week with videos of updates or workouts. Along with random posts of inspiration! :)
